Can I post short self-authored journal-type papers here for review?

I'm new to Codidact, and have searched for guidelines about this specific topic, to no avail.

I have a short journal-quality paper that I would like to post here for anyone who wants to review it. It presents a non-mainstream alternative explanation for what is called "dark energy". It is backed by solid math, and the results of applying it to stellar luminosity and redshift data results in the exact same conditions that lead physicists to conclude in the existence of dark energy! And, it offers something that dark energy does not: a physical mechanism - that time is slowing as the universe expands.

May I post a link to it here for others to read?

Unfortunately, I am not really able to answer your question, as I am not too familiar with Physics CD. However, the "Problems" category might be what you're looking for. If there's nothing in the help center that sheds any light, compare with existing posts in that category. If they seem like what you'd like to post, you can go ahead and make an attempt. But, make sure that the paper of yours fits inside that post; we want posts to be self-contained, not rely on links to other sites.

If that category wasn't adequate, I'm afraid you'll just have to wait for an answer to this question or for there to be a discussion.
