Meta Can I post short self-authored journal-type papers here for review?

I'm new to Codidact, and have searched for guidelines about this specific topic, to no avail. I have a short journal-quality paper that I would like to post here for anyone who wants to review it....

  • I'm new to this forum, and have searched for guidelines about this specific topic, to no avail. I joined the chat room to ask this there, but was notified that I "do not have permission to send messages". So I'm asking this question here as a post, about a post I would like to make. Sorry about the original tag, I didn't see any tags about "policy questions", so I picked a tag about the subject I want to discuss. I have since changed it.
  • I have a short journal-quality paper that I would like to post here for anyone who wants to to review it. It presents a non-mainstream alternative explanation for what is called "dark energy". It is backed by solid math, and the results of applying it to stellar luminosity and redshift data results in the _exact_ same conditions that lead physicists to conclude in the existence of dark energy! And, it offers something that dark energy does not : a physical mechanism - that time is slowing as the universe expands.
