No, this site is about physics, not chemistry.  Whether something is on topic anywhere else has no bearing on it being on topic here.

That said, there are some gray areas between physics and chemistry that might be on topic.  However, pure chemistry questions like <i>"Why does baking soda fizz up when I pour vinegar on it?"</i> are definitely off topic here.
