Is it the correct time to have a moderator?

It's already a year we have the Physics community. But it's really inactive. There's only 42 question in Q&A which proves that we still don't have lots of member to build the community yet. So it's not the better time to have a mod either.

Mithrandir was a mod and staff from the beginning but we need another mod, I agree with it. Cause as we know, some of our staffs have knowledge of programming (some of them are mod also) so they could do moderating in Software CD but we invited new mod cause staff aren't always free to give time to moderate that's the main reason of having mod since they are willingly want to invest their time with keeping a community need and clean.
