I see Mithrandir24601's abilities:

You confirmed in a comment that you now see them too. I don't know why you didn't before, and whether it was at our end or yours, but it seems to be working as expected now.
Mithrandir24601 is a moderator as well as staff, but the profile is only showing the staff label. I think we should show both when someone has both roles; not all staff are moderators. Moderators automatically have all abilities, which you'll see if you click the "abilities" link at the bottom of the list, but the profile only shows the ones a user has explicitly.
