(1) In the title, you talk about ability to support life, whereas in the question body, you talk of ability for super-Earths to form. This would seem to, at best, be based on an assumption that only Earth-like planets can possibly support life as we know it. I don't know, but that seems to me like an unjustified assumption. At worst, it's two completely different questions.

(2) What does this question have to do with terminology?

Canina‭

I seek a term to describe any such area (so I could read about it), super-earths or not.

Canina I have edited according to your first comment; if you downvoted just because of that, I suggest to reconsider the down vote.

deleted user If you want to know what term would be used to describe such a part of the universe, then why are you asking if such parts of the universe exist?

Canina‭ I want a term in minimum, but I would be glad for some more details about it as an answer.
